I am a
I spent over a decade leading large teams inside some of the UK's most demanding organisations. Director level. Board visibility. Real pressure. And through most of it, I carried a voice that questioned whether I truly belonged there.
That voice didn't go away when I got promoted. It didn't quiet when projects succeeded. If anything, the stakes rising made it louder. I was performing confidence I didn't feel: exhausted, wired at 3am, and unable to switch off.
The work I now do with clients is the work I had to do on myself. Executive coaching opened the conscious layer. Hypnotherapy did what coaching alone couldn't. It went deeper, faster, and changed the story I was telling myself at the root.
